We spent some days in the capitol city of the USA.

On the one side we were walking around the monuments and the parks, and on the other side we had a special tour througt the Capitol. A senators assistant was guiding us, we even got to ride the tram to get from one building to the other even faster. Here’s a short movie of our impressions.

By the way: did you know that the bust of Abraham Lincoln has no left ear? They simply forgot it! And it is interestingly the favorite statue of his family, even tough he looks pretty loaded.

We also watched a football game. It wasn’t planned but we bought tickets for Cincinnati Bengals vs Washington Redskins. It was a preseason game and there weren’t many visitors due it being Thursday evening. We really enjoyed it tho!
